PRICING
The Dealer must determine their selling price.We list suggested retail pricing but it is intended to be used as a guide only. Dealer pricing is subject to change without written notification. All prices in our price list are current at time of publication but are subject to change as we incur price increases from our Vendors. We will quote current prices to telephone inquiries whenever requested. All Dealer prices indicated are F.O.B. Kernersville, NC.
TERMS OF BUSINESS
Standard terms are C.O.D. - cash, money order or certified check. C.O.D - Company Check is a credit privilege. We will accept checks from dealers whose financial histories justify this credit privilege. Once you submit a credit application we will check with your credit references and your bank, and advise you of our decision if we are able to accept your company checks. If a C.O.D. shipment is not accepted, the customer is liable for transportation costs and a 25% restocking charge will be added to a future order. A 50% deposit may be required on all future orders. If your bank returns a check to us unpaid / N.S.F. your account will revert to CASH ONLY. We sell only to licensed motorcycle businesses, WE DO NOT SELL RETAIL.
OPEN ACCOUNT TERMS
Open Account terms will be extended as a courtesy to select well-rated companies. Open account terms are NET 10 Days Receipt of Invoice. Your account will be delinquent 30 days from Invoice date. Delinquent accounts will have their orders held until the account is current and may revert to C.O.D. - Company check or CASH.
CREDIT CARD PAYMENT
KUSTOMWERKS accepts MASTERCARD, DISCOVER, VISA, and AMERICAN EXPRESS. If your credit card is declined, we will ship the order according to your normal payment terms.
HOURS OF BUSINESS
The order desk is open to receive telephone orders Monday thru Friday 9:00 A.M. to 6:00 P.M. E.S.T. We have an answering machine to take orders during the hours our order desk is closed. We have a toll-free order FAX number that is available Nationwide in the U.S.A. Please have part numbers, descriptions, and quantities ready when you call.
WARRANTY
KUSTOMWERKS, INC. makes no warranty of the parts that are distributed by us, expressed or implied, including, without limitation, any warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. If the manufacturer has a warranty, it will be included with the product. Warranty’s on Killer Watts Batteries are limited to 6 months from the dealers invoiced purchase date. Batteries accepted for warranty will be on a replacement basis only, no credit will be issued for a defective battery.
BACK ORDERS
Items not in stock when ordered will be back ordered and marked B.O. on your invoice. We DO NOT ship back ordered items automatically, but will notify you when they come in up to 30 days after date of invoice. After 30 days, if the item is still needed, please reorder.
SHIPPING OF ORDERS
Dealer orders will be shipped by United Parcel Service or FedEx ground. Items too large for UPS or FedEx will be sent by motor freight. Any refused shipment will be restocked with a 25% restocking charge plus all outbound and inbound freight costs.
PREPAID FREIGHT
Orders over $395.00 shipped, not including C.O.D. fees, transportation costs, and insurance fees, will be shipped on a prepaid basis within the continental United States. We do not pay C.O.D. or insurance fees.
FREIGHT DAMAGED MERCHANDISE
All merchandise is packed and in good condition at the time of shipment. Title to the merchandise passes to the customer on delivery to the common carrier. Any damage claim must be filed with the carrier at the time of delivery, not with Kustomwerks. Parcels must be signed for as "damaged" at the time of accepting the shipment.
RETURNS
A "Return Merchandise Authorization Number" must be obtained prior to returning merchandise to Kustomwerks. The RMA number must appear on the box of your return. Merchandise returned for credit must be in "NEW" condition. Returns must be sent prepaid.All returns are subject to inspection to receive credit.Items, which are not in the condition indicated on the RMA, will be retuned at the dealer's expense.Any serialized part that has a Manufacturer's Statement of Origin (MSO) issued for the part must be returned with the MSO or credit will not be issued.Reimbursement for approved returns will be in the form of merchandise credit only. Cash or checks will not be issued. Items returned on an RMA will not be eligible for reimbursement of labor or paint costs. Electrical parts that have been installed and run will not be accepted for return unless it is covered by the manufacturer.
